Our Recreational Gymnastics Program is structured to teach the basics and foundational skills to safe sport and technique. Our qualified coaches guide our athletes in developing skills in all events including vault, bars, beam, floor and as well as trampoline. Our gymnasts participate in an instructional class while focusing on fitness and building skills. Woodbridge Gymnastics has strategized 11 levels for our recreational athletes to progress through.

- For registrations occurring in July or August, the $45.00 Gymnastics Ontario Fee will be deferred and charged in September. Registrations from September onward will include the fee at the time of registration.
